How the procedure is carried out
Facial contouring is performed in our clinic in Tallinn on an outpatient basis and takes from 30 to 60 minutes. The procedure takes place comfortably, in sterile conditions and under the supervision of an experienced cosmetologist. Each stage is carefully considered to ensure safety and ideal results.
- Stage 1 - consultation and diagnosis: we begin with a detailed examination of the skin and discussion of wishes. We select the optimal preparation and determine the areas of correction. If necessary, we take a "before" photo to compare the result.
- Stage 2 - skin preparation: the skin is cleaned and disinfected, anesthetic cream with lidocaine is applied for maximum comfort. At this stage, it is important to exclude any irritation or inflammation.
- Stage 3 - the introduction of filler: the doctor carefully injects the drug with the thinnest needle or cannula. The technique and depth of injection are selected individually to achieve a natural result without overloading the face.
- Stage 4 - completion and care: after the injections, a soothing cream is applied to the skin. The patient receives personalized recommendations for home care and monitoring of the result. Usually slight swelling subsides within a day.
The procedure does not require hospitalization - immediately after it you can return to your usual activities. Most of my patients note that contour plasty is much more comfortable than expected, and the effect is visible after the first procedure.
