How the biorevitalization procedure is performed

The biorevitalization procedure is performed using certified preparations and disposable instruments, which ensures safety and a high level of hygiene. During the initial consultation, the cosmetologist assesses the skin condition, identifies possible contraindications, and selects the optimal preparation.

During the session, the patient lies on a comfortable couch. For comfort, a pain-relieving gel or anesthetic cream may be used before injections to reduce sensitivity and make the process as comfortable as possible.

The preparation is injected intradermally using the finest needles, and the entire procedure takes approximately 20–30 minutes. After the injections, small papules (up to 0.5 mm) may appear, which disappear on their own within 2–3 days.

In the final stage, the skin is treated with antiseptic and soothing agents, which helps reduce the risk of irritation and speed up recovery.

Course Duration

To achieve a noticeable and lasting result, usually 2 to 4 procedures are required, with an interval of 2–3 weeks. The first noticeable changes can be seen after the first procedure, however, to consolidate and prolong the effect, cosmetologists recommend completing a full course.

Contraindications to Biorevitalization

Before undergoing the procedure, it is essential to ensure there are no contraindications to ensure safety and predictable results. Biorevitalization is not recommended for a number of diseases and conditions where injectable intervention may cause complications or undesirable reactions. Therefore, it is important to consult a specialist in advance and report all chronic diseases, allergies, and medications being taken. The biorevitalization procedure is not performed in the following conditions:

• individual intolerance to hyaluronic acid-based preparations or local anesthetics;
• acute inflammatory and chronic skin diseases (dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis);
• infectious and viral rashes (acne, herpetic lesions);
• oncological diseases;
• severe pathologies of the heart, kidneys, brain;
• mental disorders in the acute stage;
• treatment with antibiotics, hormonal drugs, or taking anticoagulants;
• blood clotting disorders;
• pregnancy and lactation period.

Post-Procedure Recommendations

To avoid complications and consolidate the obtained result, the following rules are recommended after biorevitalization:

• do not wet the skin in the injection area for the first 12 hours;
• refrain from using scrubs, peels, and aggressive cosmetic products for 2 weeks;
• avoid direct sunlight and do not visit a solarium for 7 days;
• use sunscreen with SPF at least 30 when going outdoors;
• limit physical activity for 7 days;
• do not use decorative cosmetics during the first 24 hours;
• do not epilate the area of product administration for a week;
• refrain from visiting saunas, steam baths, and swimming pools for 7 days;
• do not consume alcohol for 3 days;
• do not undergo physiotherapeutic procedures or facial massage for a week.
